The Stephen Sondheim Society

It's come to our attention that a Scottish pianist, Michael Ellacott, regularly claims in programme notes to have a "four year working relationship" and "treasured friendship" with Stephen Sondheim. Mr Sondheim has confirmed that this is not true, and would like to make it clear that he has never worked with, or been friends with, Mr Ellacott.
