As part of Mr Sondheim's 80th birthday celebrations next year, the Donmar Warehouse has announced that it will be producing Passion directed by one of its Asscoiate Directors Jamie Lloyd (he previously directed Piaf). Exact dates have not yet been confirmed, but from past experience of the Donmar, and in particular Donmar Sondheims, this is a must-see.

Just heard Jodie Prenger announce it on the EP show. Great news as its about the only one I have not seen. She said late 2010 but no dates. Some of my best Sondheim experiences have been at the Donmar, Assassins, Into The Woods, Merrily and Pacific Overtures

Great news! I missed the West End Passion with Maria and Michael (but I was present in the audience when they recorded the CD at the Watford Colosseum!)
